1. Information Collected

The site may collect names, emails, social handles, project goals, brief details, chat messages and basic server logs needed to respond and operate the service.

2. How It Is Used

Information is used to reply to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver projects, improve the website and keep records of project communication.

3. Telegram Alerts

When Telegram is connected on the server, form and agent-request messages may be forwarded to Hoopz for faster response.

4. Storage

On the server version, leads, briefs and chat requests are stored in local JSON data files unless the system is upgraded to a database.

5. Sharing

Hoopz Blends does not sell client information. Data may be shared only with tools needed to deliver or communicate about a project.
