1. Project Scope
Every project starts with an agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, revision plan and payment structure. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote.

These terms explain how Hoopz Blends handles creative, web, VFX, branding and OS-style service projects.
2. Payments
Deposits or milestone payments may be required before work starts. Final files, source files or deployment access may be held until agreed balances are completed.
3. Revisions
Revisions are included only as agreed for each project. Major direction changes after approval may count as new work.
4. Ownership & Files
Usage rights, source files and licenses are agreed before delivery. Third-party fonts, plugins, assets or services may have their own license rules.
5. Client Content
Clients are responsible for providing accurate text, logos, references, images and approvals. Hoopz Blends is not responsible for claims caused by client-provided material.
6. Availability
Websites, dashboards and automations can depend on hosting, APIs, DNS, payment gateways and third-party platforms. Maintenance plans are quoted separately.
